Lab techs shouldn't have to wonder if their specimens will arrive intact. Pharmacists shouldn't have to call twice to track a controlled substance shipment. Veterinary clinics shouldn't settle for courier services that treat animal medicine as an afterthought. We built Nexus Route Solutions around a simple idea: the people keeping patients healthy deserve a courier that takes their work as seriously as they do.
Alec Mack spent fifteen years in the U.S. Army Reserve learning that logistics only works when every person in the chain takes full ownership of their role. Not most of it. All of it. That principle is what drove him to launch Nexus Route Solutions LLC and bring military-grade discipline to an industry where a late delivery or a broken cold chain can directly affect patient outcomes.
Before starting Nexus Route Solutions, Alec completed certified training in HIPAA compliance, OSHA bloodborne pathogen handling, specimen collection and transportation, chemotherapy and hazardous drugs safe handling, and hazard communication protocols. He built the company specifically to serve the people who support patients: the lab techs waiting on specimens, the pharmacists tracking controlled substance shipments, the veterinary clinics that need the same transport reliability as any hospital. Every route he runs reflects the same standard he held in uniform: move with purpose, account for everything, and never treat "close enough" as good enough.
